8TH TRILATERAL GOVERNMENTAL CONFERENCE

ON THE PROTECTION OF THE WADDEN SEA

IN STADE, FRG, 22 OCTOBER 1997

The 8th Danish-German-Dutch Ministerial Wadden Sea Conference will be held in Stade, Germany, on October 22, 1997. Stade is an old picturesque Hanse city situated at the river Elbe about 50 km north of Hamburg.

The conference venue is the Conference Center "Stadeum".

The actual conference day is October 22, but the day before and on the day itself several activities will take place which are open to the public, amongst others, exhibitions on the Wadden Sea and the presentation of statements to the ministers.

The WWF-Germany will hold the "Coastal Day" at the Stadeum-Center on October 20 and 21, 1997
