Een nieuwe editie van de periodieke nieuwbrief over en van Waddenzee Werelderfgoed is verschenen, met daarin een jaarupdate 2018 en een vooruitblik op 2019.
PROWAD LINK will officially be launched on 4 -5 February 2019 and interested stakeholders from the North Sea Region are invited to join, provide feedback on the project’s work plan and to get engaged in the knowledge partnership.
For the past week, the relevant authorities as well as countless volunteers have worked at retrieving the cargo lost by container ship Zoe in the North Sea off the Dutch and German island of Borkum on the night of 1-2 January.
On 16 June 2017, the three national delegations as well as advisors from the NGO Waddenvereniging and the Wadden Sea Forum met at the city hall of Harlingen, Netherlands, for the 20th meeting of the Wadden Sea Board (WSB 20).
During the two-week Wadden Sea World Heritage Summer School 2018, taking place from 18 - 31 August 2018, master students and (early) PhD students explore the natural dynamics of the Wadden Sea.
In their June meeting, the Interreg North Sea Region Programme’s Steering Committee approved the project “PROWAD LINK”.
On 20 April 2018, the 24th meeting of the Wadden Sea Board was held (WSB 24).
